Keep the "Privacy Notice to Applicants" link permanently underlined

Hi team,

We have already updated the label through the sandbox. The customer has now requested the following enhancements and would like to know if they are feasible:

• Keep the "Privacy Notice to Applicants" link permanently underlined while maintaining the current text styling.
• If that's not feasible, display the regular text in black and keep only the link underlined in the current website link colour.
• Make the checkbox selectable only when users click directly on the checkbox, not the accompanying text.

Could you please confirm whether these changes can be implement
