Can Self-Paced Learning Be Deleted or Retired Using HDL/HSDL?

Hi Experts,
We are using Oracle Learning Cloud and are trying to manage Self-Paced Learning items through HDL/HSDL.
We would like to understand whether Oracle supports any of the following actions via HDL or HSDL for a Self-Paced Learning Course:
- Delete the learning item
- Inactivate the learning item
- Retire the learning item
- Hide the learning item from learners/search results
- End-date or otherwise prevent future enrollments
We have attempted to perform these actions using HDL/HSDL but have not been successful.
Could you please help clarify:
- Which of the above actions are supported through HDL/HSDL?
- What business object and attributes should be used?
