ERES BPM rule for miscellaneous transaction

Unable to configure this condition in Redwood: Use Redwood Template for ERES Approval Notifications and Approve Using Deferred Mode

Following are some condition requirements from business user.

  1. For Miscellaneous transactions entered by anyone other than "Scott", the approval should route to Scott.
  2. For Miscellaneous transactions entered by "Scott", the approval should route to an alternate approver.

Is it possible to modify approval notification? (As cost information is not displayed in FYI notifications or approval reports, which limits user's ability to make an informed approval decision.)
