Jobs available in LOV for promotions differ

in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace

Summary: The list of jobs in LOV differ when doing a promotion via the Promote quick action or doing a Promotion via "Manage Job Offers". When I examine the URL it is identical whether invoked from quick action or manage Job offers page.

What would cause this to occur?


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Promotion started from the Promote quick action contains the expected job (Executive Support Specialist).

Promotion started from "Manage Job Offers - > Promotion" does NOT contain the Executive Support Assistant job name in the same LOV.

The URL for the page is the same regardless of how it's invoked so I don't understand why the Jobs LOV wouldn't contain the same information.
