Need to hide add Pending Worker in Manage Job Offer page

Hi Folks,

We have a requirement to hide the "Add Pending Worker" action from the Manage Job Offer Redwood UI page, as outlined below:

My Client Groups → Manage Job Offer → Select Candidate → Actions (ellipsis) → Add Pending Worker

Is there a way to achieve this requirement?

I have already removed the Add Pending Worker/Hire privileges from the relevant HR admin job role, however, the "Add Pending Worker" option is still visible and HR's are able to create pending workers.

Could you please advise on how this action can be hidden or restricted?
