Unable to Create Candidates in Redwood Agency Hiring After 26B Upgrade

Hello,

after upgrading to release 26B and moving Agency Hiring to Redwood, client recruiting agents are no longer able to create new candidates.

The agents can successfully access My Client Groups > Agency Hiring > Candidates and start the candidate creation flow. However, when attempting to create the candidate, the following error is displayed:

IRC_ERROR_AGENCY_CREATE_CANDIDATE_FAILURE

The issue started after the transition to the new Redwood Agency Hiring experience. Candidate creation was working correctly before the upgrade.

According to the 26B What's New documentation, the following profile options are required:

  • ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED
  • ORA_IRC_AGENCY_REDWOOD_ENABLED
