Unable to Create Purchasing document from Redwood Sourcing as the page is stuck without any errors

in Sourcing

Summary: We are using Redwood for Sourcing, when we tested the flow we encountered an issue.

When we try to create Purchasing Document either a Purchase Order or Blanket agreement after finalizing the award we are getting stuck in the Submit Page itself without any error and without any Purchasing document being created.

Issue Replication steps:

RFQ status is in Award Completed (Unsealed).

  1. Navigate to the RFQ Page in Sourcing (new), Click on 3 dots for dropdown, Click Analyze.
  2. Click on the 3 dots again and select the Review Staged orders from Dropdown.
  3. Staged document appears, edit for any changes, save and click
