Download Option on DOR page is vanished

Download Option on DOR page vanished

For Business and HCM admin users we have Download option on DOR page and was working fine - even during 26B testing.

However, after 26B not exactly when this Download option is missing - we have not done any VBS changes on this page for this field.

We have one workspace under VBS so we are not sure if there were any changes done and this option is hidden (In VBS no Persona is selected under show download option.

Please advice if anyone has encountered the same issue and is this related to Monthly Mandatory patches or anything else.
