Undo Complete not working for Events

Summary:

If the Learning Admin goes to the Actions from the assignment page and selects Undo Complete, it does not work.

However, if they select the Assignment number then Undo Complete, it changes the status, you have to select cancel instead of saving after and it updates to not started. Is this a bug? The first screenshot should work the same, is that correct?
