Does MinMax considers Approval pending PR as supply?

Summary:

Oracle 26B documents that Min-Max includes open purchase requisitions in On Order supply. However, Oracle does not explicitly document whether a requisition in Pending Approval status is treated as an open requisition for Min-Max calculation.

In our testing, it doesnt seem to include PR with Pending Approval Status. Can anyone confirm this functionality.
