Not Found HTTP Status Code: 404 when trying to run applications

Hi,

Under Oracle Apex 26.1, I try to run applications from the App Builder. I get an error:

Not Found HTTP Status Code: 404

Whatever applications I try to run, I get this message.

I thought it was coming from a problem from OCI (I am on always free offer). But a few hours later, the same problem still happens.

On OCI i restarted the Database. No improvement. On OCI, I cannot see my database int the page Oracle AI Database.

When I try to edit a page, I sometimes get this message in the App Builder: Error: SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input.
