PR Status show pending approval in redwood Purchase requsition

Summary:

We are using Redwood UI for PR and Classic UI for PO

A Purchase Order has been created against a Purchase Requisition in Oracle Fusion. the Purchase order is approved and status is open. However, in the Redwood Purchase Requisition UI, the PR status is still showing as Pending Approval.

When I check the PR details from the Purchase Order UI, the requisition status is shown as Approved. However, when I access the same PR through the Redwood Purchase Requisition UI, the status remains Pending Approval, and it still indicates that the requisition is pending approver action.

This appears to be a status inconsistency between the Purchase Order UI and the Redwood Purchase Requisition UI. why the Redwood PR UI show pending approval but the PO is already Created against the PR
