Hiring Team has no values even when using seeded roles

Summary: I am using the seeded Hiring Manager, Recruiter, Recruiting Administrator, Recruiting Manager roles.

I navigate to My Client Groups > Hiring.

I start creating a job requisition but when I get to the Hiring Team section then there are no values to select from. There is no list of values in the Hiring Manager field or Recruiter field.

Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?

Is there a process that need to be run to get the list of values to show?
