Redwood Emp Hiring screen Issue

Summary:In Redwood employee hiring screen while submitting the form. Then getting the error - "

The payroll relationship or assignment isn't eligible for the element element Statutory Deductions on the date 2026-08-17. (PAY-1635125)
Check if the employment record for the person meets the eligibility criteria defined for the element."

But in the hiring screen the salary and the payroll sections are not included.

With the same set of data I am able to add CWK worker and the pending worker.But when I am trying to quick convert the pending worker to employee then getting the same error -"Cause for failure : The payroll relationship or assignment isn't eligible for the element Statutory Deductions on the date 2026-08-07. (PAY-1635125)
