Consolidation Journal Report not includes submitted by details

Summary:

As per the current system, the Status Consolidation Journal Report includes the Created By details but does not capture the Submitted By details. We also need to include the Submitted By information, as there are scenarios where one user creates the journal while a different user submits it. Including both fields will provide accurate audit and tracking information.
