Manage Locations - The Ship to Site and Receiving cannot be set to "No".

Summary:

We have loaded locations through HDL and we have been receiving an error: The ship-to location is Invalid. (PER-1530394).

We have tried to set this to No manually, and the said error is still reappearing.
