How can we restrict the user search while sharing the Candidate pools in Oracle Recruiting cloud?

Summary:

Hi Team,

 

We want to check the feasibility to restrict the user search to be specific to users from recruiter's own business unit/legal employer.

However, currently i am able to view all employees across business units.

Can anyone help me in understanding that which security is responsible for it to restrict the view and search of users under this Pool user lists (Who do you want to share this pool with?) highlighted in below screenshot
