Summary:

We have customer using allocations in projects and they have multiple rules defined and they running those allocation rules individually.
Any tweaks to allocations in mass through REST API because it's very time consuming going through each individual rule.

Use Case and Business Need (Required): Required for bulk upload/update of allocation rules
