Oracle Fusion BPM Worklist approval notification via Microsoft Teams — is it possible?

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a improvement request (ticket 1561936) for an Oracle Fusion Cloud customer using the Procurement module. The goal is to allow approvers to approve or reject Purchase Requisitions (RC) directly from Microsoft Teams, without needing to open Oracle Fusion or their email.

Current situation:
Approval flows are managed by BPM Worklist, and approvers currently receive email notifications with approve/reject links. The customer wants the same experience inside Microsoft Teams.

What I've already researched:

  • The Oracle A-Team's Fusion Applications Social Network Integration (FASNI) — confirmed read-only (conversation/notification only, no write-back to BPM Worklist).
  • Oracle Digital Assistant + Teams channel — possible but requires custom skill development and complex SSO/token exchange.
