Request Information Action tied to Offer Phase of ORC CSP is not working post upgrade 26C

Hi Gurus,

We have An action configured in CSP at Offer Phase to Request sensitive information from external candidate after they accept the offer.

Issue is post upgrade 26C this action is not working. External candidate is not getting any email notification for Additional Information Request after they accept the offer. Not sure what has broken.

In 26C Oracle has comeup with this functionality to seek sensitive Info at the time candidate accepts offer on candidate site. I enabled that Profile value too but it is also not working.

Kindly suggest
