Unable to download the Teams integration Manifest file From AI Agent Studio after 26c.

in AI for Fusion Applications

I am not able to download the Microsoft Teams Integration Manifest file after 26c upgrade, the download button is there, when i am clicking it it is not downloading any file.

Navigation : Tools → AI Agent Studio → Credentials → Channels → Add Channel

I have added a channel in 26B , and now i am trying to download the file it is not downloading.

Please help me with this.
