[1]The goal is to allow users to Create and Update tax setups (Regimes, Taxes, Statuses, and Rates).Since I am starting from zero, could you please provide a clean checklist for:

  1. The exact Functional Security Privileges I need to add.
  2. The specific Database Resources and Data Security Policies (DSP) needed so users can save data without getting read-only or permission errors.
  3. The correct Data Access Flow: Do I need to link this role to Business Units via "Manage Data Access for Users", or is tax setup access controlled globally via Configuration Owners?
