A blank page appears when opening a contract in Oracle Fusion while the sandbox is enabled

in Enterprise Contracts

While the sandbox is enabled, opening any contract results in a blank page. The issue occurs only when the sandbox is enabled. The page works correctly when accessed outside the sandbox.

Also getting the below error while searching for contracts when sandbox enabled
