Business Unit Change Synchronization at Position Level

Description (Required):

Position Synchronization enabled, covering attributes such as Department, Job, Location, Grade, Manager, Action Reason, and others. When the Business Unit of a Position is changed, this change is not reflected in the employee's Assignment, since Business Unit is not part of the synchronizable attribute list.

Current workaround: for each affected employee, we must locate the earliest assignment record tied to the position, manually correct that assignment, select the new Business Unit, and re-select the position once it becomes available under that Business Unit - repeating this for every historical assignment record. It is time-consuming and error-prone, especially when a single position/Business Unit change affects multiple employees.
