Automatically Creating a Resource User from HCM User Account

Hello,

We have to integrate SailPoint with Oracle Fusion. SailPoint can create an HCM Account ("/hcmRestApi/scim/Users"), but we are not aware of any process in Oracle which can automatically create a Resource User from an HCM User Account. Is there any process available like this?
