PCM Agent - Request to Create POV(s)

Hi team,

I am trying to create Pov using a command prompt from PCM Agent which was released under latest patch (26.08.65), however I am getting an error of Invalid command, I am trying to use the same syntax as suggested in the Oracle doc.
