Are there any link/document which list all the configuration/VBS changes observed after release

We have observed there in the releases which we get, Oracle make the changes on the pre-existing configuration , i.e enabling a feature or disabling it without prior information to clients when compared with Older version to new version release.

It will great if we could get a link/document which list the same so that as a prerequisite clients can view the changes performed into their environment and make sure that after release they can keep the configuration intact.

We observed this in Recruiting: where the feature of Candidate to apply on same requisition got enabled after 26B
