While creating the commitment allocation via CSV

Tables: CAPACITY_COMMITMENT_ALLOC_D and CAPACITY_COMMITMENT_ALLOC, we are able to insert data correctly into these tables.
But the Commitment usages don't get created automatically as CSV operates directly on the DB bypassing application layer. In the cases where there are many lanes we cannot create a separate CSV file to upload usages as this data will be huge.

What should be the proper approach here? We tried to see if we can modify and revert changes to the commitment allocation, but even that is not allowed.
