Why is Filter Chip greyed out on some Attributes in Item View Redwood

Summary:

Can not Enable Filter Chip on some EFF attributes when configuring Item View. Similar attributes allow the Filter Chip to be Enabled.

After adding some EFF attributes to the Item Index, When I try to configure Item View, some attributes will not allow me to Enable Filter Chip. It is greyed out. Other EFF attributes from the same Attribute Group whose LOV tables are set up in exactly the same way allow me to Enable Filter Chip.

Exporting the unfiltered data and doing the filtering in the exported file is not feasible.
