Are others struggling with Redwood for Learning Adminstrators

Summary:

We have been working on the Redwood Learning Administration enablement.

I was recently in a call where a leader stated that Redwood was a UI/UX change and didn't seem to know how this was a fundamental platform change.

I have outlined all of the updates, functionality changes, Timeline changes (3 this year) and missing functionality. The increase in SRs and latency issues.

I am curious if others are struggling with this as much as we have? Our businesses are not happy with the new platform. We are losing some of the things that we customized when we first went live in 2023.
