Completion certificate for Redwood courses and specialization is not enabled by default

We were using responsive UI for configuring courses in learning admin area in which the completion certification was enabled automatically after we set up certification link by default.

When we enabled redwood course page , we are not seeing any default option to enable completion certification for courses and specialization. We don't see bulk update option as well through HDL . To enable certification, we need to go to each course and specialization learning item and enable it manually.

Is there a way to update post completion certification in bulk in course and specialization.
