Factored TLR populates incorrect figure for Annual FT Sal. & P.T. Ear on TPS MCR

Summary:

Recent release 26B delivers the changes required for Factored TLR payments. However, the Annual Full Time Salary is incorrect for Full Time employees. Similarly, the Part Time Earnings figure is incorrect for Regular PT employees.

Annual Full Time Salary: for Full Time Employees, requirement is to capture the factored TLR amount. Whereas, the MCR displays the Full TLR amount (we have navigated this using a custom rate definition using fast formula, and contributing it to the Annual Full-Time Factored Allowances rate definition.)
