Previously, it was possible to upload content (a file) into the Oracle Learning repository and then reuse it across different activities in multiple offerings, without needing to re-upload the same file each time (which is precisely one of the core value propositions of the Learning module).

Currently, when creating a Self Paced Learning and adding a content activity, the system only presents the option to browse for the file on the local computer ("Browse"), with no option to search for and reuse content that has already been uploaded into the system.
