Send confirmation only appears when selecting multiple employees

Summary:

We are in search of a solution to either hide or gray out the send confirmation button under Job Applications. Our hiring managers should not be able to view this selection. We do not use this option as a company. I enabled the Candidate Autoconfirmation setting under Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information in our lower pod to see if it corrects the issue but it is still present.

Can someone please advise on what our next steps should be?
