Learning Recommendations Resource Alert Not Triggering

We have configured a Resource Alert for Learning Recommendations in Oracle Learning, but the alert is not triggering when a learning item is recommended to a learner.

Our current configuration is:

  • Resource: learningRecommendations
  • Access Level: User
  • Enabled: Yes
  • Filters: Assigned Date, Status, and Learning Item
  • Filter Expression: Match All

The alert is successfully configured and enabled, but when a learning item is recommended to a learner, no resource alert/notification is being triggered.

Could anyone confirm:

  1. Is the learningRecommendations resource alert expected to trigger automatically when a learning item is recommended to a learner?
