ARCS users Excel experiences crashes when working with large workbooks while the Smart View add-in is enabled. Users have been disabling Smart View in order to complete work on the large workbooks and then enabling Smart View to continue ARCS work. The users are mostly on Smart View version 24.200. We also have several on version 25.100. The issue is happening with both versions.
