We are experiencing intermittent performance issues with Smart View retrievals in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud (EPCM). Users are experiencing significant delays when retrieving data through Smart View, with some retrievals taking considerably longer than expected over 10 mins and sometimes hangs excel. The issue is impacting users' ability to perform regular reporting, analysis, and validation activities efficiently.

We are currently doing allocations at 10 dimensions. Slowness is observed only while trying to retrieve the last 3 dimension related intersections. The execution time is also more (close to 10 mins) and data retrieval time is also more. Upto the 7 th dimension there is absolutely no issues in SmartView retrieval performance.
