LastUpdateDateTime in productChangeOrdersV2 API

Summary:

In "LastUpdateDateTime" field of productChangeOrdersV2 of REST API. We are getting the updates made to change general information page captured in that date field. If any modifications like adding or removing affected items, updates to attachment, relationship, Task tab of change order will those details would not be captured in this date field? Is there any other way to get those information ?

for example if any updates made to Affected object table of change CO-123. So is there any API that would help me with the field which can be used to understand if any updates on Affected object table of change. ?
