Oracle Base Database Service on VM(DBCS VM)

Dear Team,

The environment is Oracle Base Database Service on VM(DBCS VM,) and we want to upload and retrieve files from application hosted in DB. We will have around 600 files to be placed every day with less than 5MB file size and a concurrent users count around 100. Unfortunately, We didnt procure file storage service and since this environment is medium scale, we want to go for alternative as follows.

  1. Mounting a Block Volume exported via NFS from a Compute instance to DBCS
  2. Mounting object storage bucket via OCIFS on DBCS server.

We need your expertise to know which one is recommended.
