Has anyone seen this error while trying to update or correct Enterprise HCM Information?

Summary: I am receiving an error when attempting to either Correct or Update Enterprise HCM Information. The change I am making is to turn on Position Incumbent validation. It had been turned off a few weeks ago with no issue.
