DFF Import Segment Values failing due to summary value

in General Ledger & Intercompany

Summary:

The EDMCS export is sending these values with Summary Flag = Y, and the Import Segment Values and Hierarchies process identifies them as attribute updates rather than inserts. However, after processing, Fusion continues to store these values with SUMMARY_FLAG = N, causing hierarchy validation failures. I am not able to location where in Oracle I can go and change the summary flag from N to Y. When I look into the manage chart of accounts values for the DFF in question the summary flag is not on the page.
