EPCM - Need Smart View write access but restrict user from being able to edit rules/models

Summary: We want to have a security setup where a user can submit data via Smart View but not be able to edit rules. It appears the predefined role of User is the lowest level of write access, but it also has the ability to edit rules.

We have models that are included in SOX controls, so we have to monitor changes to the models. Preferably we would be able to limit the ability to edit rules/models through security. Currently, to help reduce risk, we haven't been publishing the URL to the application, just have shown users how to connect via Smart View. However, we have decided we want to automate activities in Task Manager and to accomplish this we have to create a connection to our EPCM application and this will make it very easy for users to access EPCM's web interface.
