26C View Punchout Cart and Additional Details During Shopping cXML is not displaying correctly

in Self Service Procurement

According to the 26C readiness notes, after punching out and returning to the shopping cart page, select the View Punchout Cart action, I should be able to View Punchout Cart Payload on the Shopping Cart in this format

However, this is what I see

Is there something we are missing?
