Excluding specific Project Contract and Contract lines from being Sent to RMCS

Hi
We are currently implementing Project Billing and Revenue Management (RMCS). Most of our project contracts and revenue transactions will be interfaced to RMCS for revenue accounting. However, the customer has a requirement to exclude certain project contracts and contract lines from being sent to RMCS. Revenue accounting for these excluded contracts/lines should continue to be performed in Project Billing.
The following should be excluded from RMCS:
- Time and Material (T&M) Project Contracts
- Fixed Price Project Contracts – contract lines that use only the Cost Reimbursable Invoice Method
Is there any standard configuration in Project Billing or RMCS
