Match function for CurrentPOV - 1

in Narrative Reporting

I am using the match function in the period dimension, where if Current POV is Aug i get YTD_Aug member through match function in another row.

I have given an example below. I am able to achieve till Row 3. How do i build the report to get to Row 4. I do not see the option in match function to take current pov -1 instead of Current POV. I also want to get another row which matches the member with Current POV - 1.

Row 1 - Current POV

Row2 - Current POV - 1

Row3 - Match YTD_with Current POV

Row4 - Match YTD_with Current POV - 1
