Missing transaction numbers and dates in Account Analysis by Legal Entity Report

Summary:

I have generated a Account Analysis by Legal Entity Report and noticed that a lot transactions were missing Transaction dates and transactions numbers. These are all spreadsheet uploads and Global intercompany transactions. I have checked the journals and they have been posted with no errors. Why are these transactions missing dates and times. The data isn't corrupt, it was a clean upload with no errors. This happened to multiple journals.
While uploading a journal via spreadsheet will oracle create transaction numbers for the transactions?
