Payroll Info Offer Creation Error during Rest Action

In the creation of an offer, after inputting the Payroll, selecting "Save" and moving to input the Salary, I am receiving an Error Response During REST Action.

I did submit an SR and am awaiting their response, however, I wanted to check here to see if anyone has any knowledge of what this could relate to. I am wondering if this is a privilege the Recruiter role lost (similar to Position Override in 26A).
