As per Aug Mandatory below was mentioned however when compare before the patch it is the same view -is this feature related to Redwood Transaction Console Diagnostic Log page? Can anyone advice on this ?

In the Transaction Console Diagnostic Log, the transaction history for older completed transactions that were completed more than a month ago showed user names or N/A instead of person display names in the Assignees and From columns. With this update, the Diagnostic Log shows the correct transaction history with user display names.
