Pipeline Error/Warning Message Issue

Summary:

I am trying to build a pipeline to import Metadata file from EDM to planning Application, I observed that during the configuration, I keep getting this error or warning symbol at the top right corner but doesn't give any message(Which was popping up earlier), this issue is happening post Aug Patch release. Request to kindly let me know why is this happening?
