Will Oracle Fusion allows loading the Backdated item Revisions using FBDI even after a latest revision with a latest date is already exist.
Eg) Will Fusion allows loading of an Item Revision with Effectivity Date 15 July 2026 if the latest revision exist is having the Effectivity Date as 15 Aug 2026?
Also is there any profile options or configurations that controls this outcome? What is the standard functionality? Is there any validations/scenarios in which it will be allowed and it will not be allowed by the system
